Supervising and Coordinating Installation Teams
Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating installation teams, providing training and support, and conducting performance reviews.
Quality Assurance and Code Compliance
Manage and supervise residential HVAC installations, ensuring quality and compliance with codes and inspections.
Project Planning and Scheduling
Plan and schedule projects, coordinate materials, manage inventory, work with other departments and subcontractors, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
Safety and Compliance
Conduct site inspections, obtain permits, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain detailed records.
Client and Stakeholder Communication
Communicate with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and coordinating project schedules.
Requirements
- 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Previous supervisory experience is necessary
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and building codes
- Effective communication and ability to interpret technical documents
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Physical stamina
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Dedication to quality and outstanding customer service
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
